Returning a part in 4 steps

Register the return
From « My orders », cancel or contact us, stating the order number and the part concerned.

Pack the part
Unfitted part, in its original packaging with the invoice. We will send you the return label.

Drop off the parcel
At a post office or parcel shop within 14 days. Tracking will inform us of receipt.

Refund
Within 5 days after inspection: to your payment method or as an immediate credit on your deposit account.
Covered by the warranty
- Manufacturing or material defect
- Part not compliant with the ordered reference
- Breakage or missing part on delivery
- Premature failure under normal use conditions
Not covered
- Part fitted, used or modified
- Normal wear and tear (pads, discs, filters…)
- Installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations
- Return outside the 14-day period or without the original packaging
