Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the sale of automotive spare parts carried out on the website www.otopieces.com by OTOPIECES.COM.

Article 2 — Price

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (VAT 20 %), excluding delivery charges. OTOPIECES.COM reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Order

The order is binding once payment has been confirmed. A summary email is sent to the customer. OTOPIECES.COM may refuse any abnormal order or any order placed in bad faith.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made by bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay via a secure platform.

Article 5 — Delivery

Indicative lead times are 2 to 5 working days. Risk transfers to the customer when the parcel is handed over.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason (see the Right of withdrawal page).

Article 7 — Warranties

The parts benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, as well as the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Article 8 — Disputes

These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
