Returns policy

Returns and exchanges within 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt to return a part to us, provided it is unused, unmounted and in its original packaging.

Procedure

1. Log in to My orders and select the relevant order.
2. Contact customer service (info@otopieces.com) and include the order number and part reference.
3. We will provide the return address and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

Refund

The refund is processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the part, using the original payment method.

Opened electronic parts, opened consumables and mounted parts cannot be returned.
